The Walla Walla Balloon Stampede is back — and bigger than ever. Join us as we celebrate the 50th edition of the Nite Glow at Tieton Park, a centerpiece event that brings thousands of residents and visitors together for an evening of illuminated hot air balloons, family activities, food, and community spirit.

Join Walla Walla’s classic, family-friendly Independence Day celebration at historic Pioneer Park. Presented by the Walla Walla Union-Bulletin, the 2026 4th of July in the Park fills the day with live local music, entertainment, arts and crafts, food trucks, and booths from local businesses, community service clubs, emergency responders, political candidates and more.

• Chalk Art Alley: Interactive chalk art blocks where artists and attendees can create temporary sidewalk murals. Chalk provided in designated areas.

• Music: Local acoustic and small-ensemble performers keeping a relaxed, festive atmosphere.
