Get your best costume ready and join the fun on College Avenue for trick-or-treating with participating local businesses! Families are invited to stroll the avenue, collect treats, and enjoy festive storefronts and friendly faces.

Trunk or Treat at the Municipal Campus brings extra excitement — City staff and local organizations will decorate car trunks and hand out goodies in the College Place City Hall parking lot! Safe, family-friendly, and perfect for kids of all ages. Costumes encouraged. See you there!
